Hourly rate for consultations, meal planning for home and individuals who prefer/enjoy to cook at home for their family.

Male and Female consultation and meal planning rate is $55.45 per hour

How long is the plan? The plan is 28 days

How many deliveries do I get? Each week there is a new set of delivery menu.

Can I pick up my meals? Yes, We offer a pick up based on the pick up/Delivery schedule.

Is there a home delivery available? Yes, there is a small delivery charge that applies.

How can I pay? You can pay by debit, credit, email money transfer, or cash.

When do I receive my meal deliveries? You will receive your meal deliveries for 7 day schedule on Sunday after 5:00 PM, and 5 days schedule on Wednesday after 6:00 PM.

Is there a menu? Yes, we have 4 different menus rotating each week. To make it easier each menu has an ingredient list if you have any food allergies.

Do you have a gluten free plan? Yes, we have that as an option.
